Who we are
Superfastech Pte Ltd (“Superfastech”, “we”, “us”) runs singabot.ai and the Singabot AI assistant service. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What this policy covers
It covers personal data we collect through this website, and when you contact us, book a demo or become a client.
When you chat with a business that uses Singabot, that business decides how your messages are used. We process them on its behalf and under its instructions. Please read that business’s privacy policy, or contact it, about those messages.
What we collect
- Details you give us, such as your name, work email, WhatsApp number and message when you fill in the demo form, or when you call, email or message us.
- Business details we need to prepare a quotation and set up your service.
- Technical data from cookies and similar tools, such as the pages you visit and your device and browser type.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your demo.
- To prepare quotations and documents you ask us for.
- To set up, provide and support the Singabot service.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We only send you marketing messages with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email delivery and website analytics providers, and only as far as they need it. They must keep it confidential and protect it. We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it. We don’t sell personal data.
Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers may process data outside Singapore. When that happens, we take steps to make sure the data gets a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
